11 Floors (all suites on the 11th floor). A non-smoking hotel. Total number of guest rooms: 390 Available on Request: balcony rooms, cribs, microwave, refrigerators (additional fee applicable), rollaways, foam or feather pillows, views (mountain or valley), handicap accessible. Restrictions: Due to variation in square footage, some rooms with 2 queen beds will allow rollaways, others will not allow rollaways.
Deluxe Room - approx. 300 square feet
Deluxe rooms are lavish guest rooms featuring 1 king or 2 queen beds. In-room amenities include: alarm clock radio, balcony (on request), bathrobes, cable color television, coffee maker, dataport/modem, desk, easy chair/recliner, express check-in/check-out, hairdryer, high speed Internet access -additional fee may be applicable , hotel/city guides, in-room movies (additional fee applicable), in-room safe, individual climate control, iron/ironing board, Lodgenet system, luggage holder, mini-bar, newspaper, 2 dual-line telephones, turndown service, video game system (additional fee applicable), wakeup service, Web TV.

These king or 2 queen bedded rooms have all the same amenities as a Deluxe room on the 6th floor and higher with breathtaking views of the rocky mountains. They are all non-smoking rooms.
1 Bedroom Suite - approx. 590 square feet
One Bedroom Suites have all the same amenities as a Deluxe Room plus this is a two room suite with one king bed and custom furnishings. The living room and bedroom are divided by double sliding doors for privacy. In the living room there is a double size sleeper sofa, overstuffed chairs with ottomans and an armoire with a 27-inch color television. The opulent tiled bathroom has dual vanities, bathroom scales, makeup mirror and separate dressing area. The suite is also furnished with a refrigerator, wet bar and extra large executive desk.
Omni Suite - approx. 1,000 square feet
The Omni Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room and is located on the 11th floor. It is adorned with a marble foyer, hardwood floors, oriental rugs, a spacious balcony, king size sleigh bed and 2 bathrooms (one with a garden tub). There is a dining room, full bar, glassware, refigerator, plants and a stereo system. In the sitting area there is a 2nd armoire with a 27-inch color television. The Omni Suite may not be used for parties of any kind. Noise complaint and unauthorized parties are subject to guest removal, prosecution, and/or forfeiture of all room charges. Both the Omni Suite and the Omni Suite connector can be booked separately. Each room has its own bathroom and keyed entrance.
Omni Suite Connector - approx. 300 square feet
The Omni Suite Connector has all the same amenties as a deluxe room. It is located on the 11th floor and has 2 queen beds. The marble bath, vaulted ceilings and luxurious bedding makes this guest room unique from all other guest rooms. Both the Omni Suite and the Omni Suite connector can be booked separately. Each room has its own bathroom and keyed entrance.

Directions

Exit airport via Pena Boulevard. Take Pena Boulevard to exit #6B to Fort Collins/E-470 Tollway. E-470 eventually becomes the Northwest Parkway. There are 3 toll booth stops along the way. Northwest Parkway ends and becomes Interlocken Loop, which will cross over US 36. Follow this to the next light and turn left onto Interlocken Boulevard. The hotel is located up the hill on the left hand side.

Exit the airport by Airport Way, turning left onto CO128/Interlocken Loop. Take the first right onto Interlocken Parkway. Turn left on to Interlocken Boulevard. The hotel is approximately 3-4 blocks away on the right hand side.

Take I-25S and exit on to Northwest Parkway. Northwest Parkway ends and become Interlocken Loop which will cross over US36. Follow this to the next light and turn left onto Interlocken blvd, The hotel is located up the hill on the let side.

Take I-25N to US36W. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Travel approximately 1 block; the hotel is on the left.

Take I-70W to I-25N to US36W. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Travel approximately 1 block; the hotel is on the left.

Take I-70E to I-25N to US36W. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Travel approximately 1 block; the hotel is on the left.

Take 36E, exit at Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive. Turn right onto Interlocken Boulevard, turn left. Hotel is on the left.

Take I-25N to 36W. Exit at Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive. Turn onto Interlocken Boulevard, turn left. The hotel is on the left.
