Hip and casually elegant Wisteria accommodates Boston's theatre and night club patrons. Located in the Doubletree Hotel Downtown, the restaurant features a contemporary American menu. The intimate 60-seat restaurant features an urban yet intimate atmosphere. The room has a calming feeling, conveyed by comforting oversized floorlamps, custom Asian wood, glass screens, and sumptuous upholstered banquettes. A welcoming warm towel and a warm bread start the Wisteria experience off to a pleasant start. Chef's favorite entrees are the teriyake glazed salmon, rainbow pepper crusted tuna steak, shrimptempura with pineapple fried rice, or stuffed za chicken with wasabi mashed potatoes.
