Rate Table Help
Rate Table Overview
The rate table shows the high and low rates recorded for each hotel in Springfield, MO.
It also shows the annual average high and low rates for comparison.
The "Low Dif" and "High Dif" columns show the difference between the posted current rates and the annual average rates.
Look for negative values to identify hotels with below average rates.
The table may be sorted by clicking the column headers.
The table may be updated for specific dates as described below.
Hotel Links
The hotel names are linked to the hotel rate pages that display all available room rates.
The "Reservation Dates" selection box at the top of the hotel information page sets the initial dates that will be used when the rate pages are generated.
Reservations may be made from the rate pages.
All reservations are made through Interactive Hotel Solution's hotel reservation system. See the links below for more information.

Rate Graph Links
The average rate values are linked to the hotel rate analysis pages.
The rate analysis pages contain graphs showing the rate history and average rate trends for each hotel.
Rate Table Update & Analysis Procedure
1) Set the dates and number of occupants in the "Reservation Dates" selection box at the top of the page.
2) Click the "Update Rates" button at the top of the rate table to begin the hotel rate search.
3) Wait while the search routine accesses the data for each hotel.
Each hotel record will be highlighted as it is updated.
The average time to access the rates for each hotel is around two seconds.
You may stop the search at any time with the "Stop" button and resume the search again with the "Resume" button.
When the bottom of the table is reached, the page will reload to update the auto-generated best deals list above the rate table.
4) Study the table to gain a comprehensive view of the range of rates and the classification ranges for Springfield, MO hotels.
Click the column headers to sort by the average rates, low rates, or high rates.
5) For each individual hotel, check the difference between the current and average rates to identify below average rates.
Negative values indicate below average rates.
Click the "Low Dif" and "High Dif" column headers to sort the values and see the lowest differences.
Additional Analysis
Click the average rate values (Ave Rate column) to see rate trend graphs for each hotel.
See how the current rates compare to the rate history for each hotel.
Consider that large differences in the high rates may indicate limited availability of the more expensive rooms, and low rates may simply indicate an opening in low rate rooms.
Rates may also vary with seasons and change for special events.
View Automated Results
After updating the rates, review the hotels listed in the automated discount/best deals section above the rate table.
If you stopped the rate table update routine before it completed the whole table, refresh the page to update the list with the partial results.
Click the "View Discounts" button at the top of the rate table to access the Springfield Missouri Discount Rates page.
The discounts page will list hotels that have a discount greater than the minimum discount you specify.
