If you see this message, you probably have your Active Scripting disabled.
This interactive map utility will only work with Active Scripting enabled.
To check to see if Active Scripting is enabled, go to Tools/Internet Options and click on the Security tab. You will find the setting under the Custom Level button in the Scripting section towards the bottom of the page.
